Case Study

By DECADE for LFJ

Always a pleasure to work with Lizzie and Kathryn of Lizzie Fortunato Jewels - it's been awhile since our last project together for their Fall 2011 Collection and we jumped right back into another new lookbook full of pretty geometric shapes galore.

For Spring 2012, the girls were inspired by The Kaufmann Desert House, Rodarte, Palm Springs and Eames. I love so many pieces from this collection, especially since it's all done in tones of blushy nude, my weakness color. The palette was kept to a small range of these beautiful colors and the lookbook also took a minimalist turn - above are the pages where I did some watercolor washes, collages and handwriting.

You can see more of Lizzie and Kathryn's inspiration on their blog, contact sales@lizziefortunatojewels.com for any questions about any of the pieces above!
