THE ILLUSTRATED ENSEMBLE No. 22

APPLE PICKING

New York City got a nice heavy dose of an Indian Summer so Andrew and I took advantage

and did our annual apple picking visit upstate...

Apple Walk deja vu, like clockwork Autumn means:

1

Collages of cut up Fall Issues

with what I wore and watercolor bits from

my sketchbook

2

Shiny new loafers or brogues

Wearing my Dieppa Restrepo Penny Patent Black loafers

3

Apple Cider donuts

There are a lot of Apple Orchards upstate but we picked Fishkill Farms

because the drive up tiny one lane roads through the thickets of

mountain slash countryside is just as amazing. Once you get there

the air so clear and the land fresh with fourty acres of farm, orchards and animals.

4

Men's Button Downs

The Acne Wave Denim-Effect Shirt, this has been my go to blouse

because it is silk disguised as denim.

3

Tweed Jackets

I love this Isabel Marant cropped 'Freya' Tweed Jacket, am really glad that I got it.

The shape is a nice alternative to a blazer and the shoulders are nice and structured

so it makes any basic outfit look a little more polished off.

5

New tunes

Two more days til the new Real Estate Album comes out,

I really can't wait to listen to it.

"Probably not a coincidence they unveiled this thing on the first day of Fall."
