She would just take a fur coat with brogue shoes

WHO IS THAT WOMAN FOR YOU?

From the first day, I am really fighting against the idea of getting a muse. I'm really happy to see any kind of woman wearing our clothes. Again, it's going to be a part of her own story, and she is going to create something with it... it's not mine anymore. The girl I have in mind is charismatic and fragile at the same time. There are many women in the office, and they are a huge source of inspiration, because one day they are going to be - like every single person, even me, on a Monday, you're going to be sexy, and on Tuesday, you're moody... That's what I like. Nobody can be a fatale every single day. And that must be super-difficult... to be the woman that people want you to be. I'm sure that you want to be wearing your old pyjamas one day a year, at least you know?

CAN YOU TELL ME A BIT MORE ABOU THE STARTING POINT AND INSPIRATION FOR YOUR NEW COLLECTION?

I had the idea of a Paris of the late '40's, when the city has to rebuild itself. So, I had in mind a woman, kind of strong, infused with this fresh feeling. It's just about the feeling, because freshness is not an age, it's a mentality. She would travel Paris from LaSorbonne to Notre Dame, with books. I had in mind a cool, clever, elegant woman, who wouldn't spend like four hours in the bathroom to prepare herself. She would just take a fur coat with brogue shoes.

Catching a small break and playing around with watercolor, collages

made from the latest issue of Lula, painting my nails and a favorite Isabel bracelet.

The quotes are from Lula, an interview with Guillame Henry of Carven.

Am really really falling in love with his clothes.

It's always exciting to find new brands to wish for, that are aspirational but also actually attainable. I stopped a girl

on the street the other day to ask her where her beautiful jacket was from. She was herself was

visiting from London and it was from Sandro. This is another label that's been on my radar,

looking forward to checking it out in London when I'm over there next week

(and theres a store opening here in the city very very soon).
