It's a date
The paused transit system had us hanging out in our neighborhood, a lot. I mean a lot, a lot. One of my very favorite things to do here in Brooklyn on the weekends with Andrew is to take the long walk over to our favorite record store over by Greenpoint. Co-op87 always has the best records. We always come out with a stack of records, on the way back home stopping for some groceries and then cooking up a Sunday dinner while listening to our new finds on the turntable.
Speaking of music, Andrew’s friend from Texas made a documentary on Big Star, Nothing Can Hurt Me. It is screening here in the city for the first time this upcoming Saturday. I’m really looking forward to it and being able to be back in Manhattan this week.
