Frozen Açaí Bowl


2 packets of frozen unsweetened açaí

1 frozen or ripe banana

Fresh apple juice, honey or coconut sugar


Put frozen acai pack (I like Sambazon) in a blender with banana (or a piece of whatever fruit you have on hand) and a splash of apple juice, honey or your favorite kind of sweetener. Place in a bowl and top with granola, plenty of fruit. This one is with banana, blueberries, golden raspberries, toasted coconut chips and a sprinkle of coconut sugar. Save extra berries in a cup to have for later while reading a book in the sand.
